| Free

Looking for tips to help you become more sustainable at home and work? Facilities Services can help!

The Facilities Services campus workshop – Facilities Fundamentals: Everyday Sustainability for Home & Work will showcase everyday steps you can take to become more sustainable at your home and office.

Office of Sustainability Manager Preston Jacobsen will discuss small, but impactful, steps that can make a world of difference. Whether it’s helping your local environment or your wallet, the take home from these tips is the same – sustainable actions have a larger impact than most realize.

Jacobsen will also cover current sustainable technologies, trends in the environmental world, and what the Office of Sustainability is doing in-house to make UT a more sustainable place to live, learn and work.

The workshop will be held Tuesday, April 21 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the International House Great Room. Facilities would like to invite all interested staff and faculty to attend. Light refreshments will be served.

If you are interested in attending the workshop, please RSVP at http://goo.gl/forms/1GQrNDJBbB.
